SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN ACTION
MENTORSHIP
We focus our CSR towards sustainable and ethical mentorship.
Our focus is the development of Kenyan youth towards careers in built environment and design courses.
SPONSORSHIP
The partnership between ALP and Nondies has seen training camps for young players through the Rangers Rugby Academy which was launched on 4th December 2021 and will cater to budding talent as young as 4 years old in an effort to build a pipeline for young players to get to the top tier of Kenyan rugby.

We play an active social role in the upliftment of communities in which we operate to create and maximise shared value for all.
