Elijah is a qualified real estate professional (MISK.REA.BLE) and lawyer (ADV.LLB) with over 10 years of experience in managing Industrial and commercial real estate. Having pioneered Grade- A warehouse facilities and property management in East Africa, his department seeks to extend these services to similar developments. Before joining ALP, he was a Senior Property Manager at Knight Frank managing a Grade A- Commercial office portfolio, hosting companies in the Oil and Gas sector, Logistics business, NGOs, Tech companies, Government institutions and others. Elijah has good people skills, a strategic decision maker, a visionary leader and adaptable to change. He is currently studying a Master of Laws at the University of Nairobi specializing in Environmental and Natural Resources Law.
