In East Africa, in the last five years ALP has successfully delivered and commissioned ten Grade “A” Light Industrial and Logistics warehouse developments (+75,171 sqm) certified to meet the green building World Bank EDGE efficiency and sustainability standard, with a pipeline of over 150,000 sqm in various stages of development.
