ALP is the first African company to sign the World Green Building Council Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment. We are working to #decarbonize operations at our existing assets (#ALPNorth & #alpwestlogisticspark) and achieve maximum reductions of embodied carbon for future developments and renovations as part of a whole lifecycle approach.

Celebrating women at ALP- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rgu-3pPkzn0. In order to make an overall difference, the workforce at any organization has to be diverse.

While focusing on equality, it is essential for organizations to not compromise on the basic needs of women employees, such as ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable work environment.

Within #ALP from the top hierarchy of the business gender equality has been achieved. When ALP started its first development #ALPNorth in 2017, we only had two women within the project, 5yrs later we have several women within the business and active projects.
