ALP Industrial REIT

ALP officially marked the listing of the ALP Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (ALP REIT) during a dedicated bell ringing ceremony at the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) on 11th March 2026. The event also marked the start of live trading of ALP REIT units on the NSE’s main segment market, providing investors with direct access to institutional-grade, dollar-denominated industrial assets.

The ALP REIT raised $34.55 million through its restricted offer, achieving an overall subscription of 115%, reflecting strong investor confidence in both the industrial real estate sector and the long-term potential of Kenya’s capital markets.

The ALP REIT was supported by the UK Government through its Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG) via the project development solution InfraCo, as well as the MOBILIST programme, highlighting the strength of international partnerships in driving growth and innovation in Kenya’s real estate market.
