Africa Logistics Properties (‘ALP’) is pleased to announce that it has secured a second strategically located industrial land plot of 49 acres in western Nairobi, Kenya.

ALP now has a total of 71 acres of industrial zoned land in the city on which it intends to develop the first modern grade-A distribution center warehousing for the occupier rental market in 2017.
