Africa Logistics Properties continues ahead and on schedule with the construction of its second project ALP West situated at Tilisi development in Limuru. The 100,000sqm logistics park will be constructed in phases. The courtyard which is phase 1 of the project is already underway and set to be ready for occupation this October 2020. Sheeting and steelworks are complete on the first three warehouses of 500sqm each.
